Christian Dior
Born in Normandy France in 1905, this fashion and fragrance legend started off by studying political science. By 1938 Christian Dior had turned to dress design but because of his tour of duty in World War II, he was not able to develop his design business until 1946. His creations helped re-establish formerly occupied France as the capital of world fashion.
Christian Dior dictated fashion styles in the 1950’s. He pioneered license agreements in the fashion business. In 1953, he hired Yves Saint-Laurent as an assistant. Saint became head designer after Diors death in 1957.
Christian Dior has since been made even more popular by celebrities who are seen carrying his handbags wherever they go, Dior handbags are practical, with pockets for your mobile phones and ample space for your possessions. These bags aren't just meant to look pretty, they actually have a function. With every conceivable variant of the handbag; you can always have your Dior handbag with you. Modernity Every Step Of The Way
Dior handbags are boldly modern in that you will not find just leather bags in their collections.
